This role will give you the opportunity to undertake good quality work and develop your career within a highly reputable legal practice, whilst also offering a great work-life balance. We’re looking for a qualified legal professional with minimum 5 years’ PQE, either already at Associate, Senior Associate or even Partner level, or ready to take that next step on the career ladder. The team is very supportive and collaborative, however you will also need to be confident in working independently and managing your own caseload, with supervision from Partners.

Our expert Litigation team currently consists of 15 individuals, including: Partners, Senior Associates, Associates and Solicitors who are supported by legal secretaries and paralegals. The team is led by Michael Oatham, but you will be reporting to the Partner in private wealth disputes, Deborah Cain. The Private Wealth Disputes team are ranked Tier 2 in L500, whilst Deborah is specifically recognised as Leading Partner and ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth guide. You will be expected to work with your colleagues across the firm, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work and clients.

We are seeking a confident and capable Contentious Probate Lawyer with a strong network, or the desire to build new connections through BD/Marketing and generate new work. You will be adept at managing and prioritising a varied workload, consistently delivering high-quality client service with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
